Our story

A different way to think about capital — built for physicians.

Time Health Capital was founded on the belief that understanding how capital moves is just as important as earning it.

Our work focuses on real assets, economic cycles, and long-term positioning — with the goal of bringing clarity to decisions that are often made in noise.

DR. GEORGE OZOUDE

Orthopaedic Surgeon | Founder, Time Health Capital

Dr. George Ozoude is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and the founder of Movement Orthopaedic Institute. Through his clinical work, he saw firsthand how financial pressure shapes decision-making — often in ways that extend beyond medicine. That observation led to a deeper study of capital, markets, and economic cycles.

Time Health Capital was built from that intersection — applying a physician’s discipline to understanding how capital behaves, and where it is best positioned over time. His work today focuses on helping physicians develop a clearer framework for investing, grounded in real assets and long-term thinking.

He has been involved in multiple real asset transactions across residential and commercial sectors, with a focus on disciplined underwriting and operational execution.

Mission

Physicians are trained to operate at a high level in complex systems — but rarely taught how capital works.

The result is not a lack of effort, but a lack of framework.

Time Health Capital exists to close that gap.

Vision

Markets move in cycles. Capital flows accordingly.

Our approach is built on understanding those cycles, and positioning within real assets that demonstrate durability, income potential, and structural demand.

Not every opportunity matters. Timing and context do.

Core Values

Clarity over noise.
Discipline over activity.
Long-term positioning over short-term reaction.

These principles guide every decision we make.
